Exhibitor FAQs

1. What is the payment schedule?
All exhibitors will be required to pay a $400 deposit (per 10x10) at time of booth selection to secure your chosen location. 50% of your payment will be due by June 6th, 2009 and full payment is due by Nov. 18h. (We will invoice at time of booth selection and in November.)

2. Can I make my payments online?
YES. Please visit our secure websites to make online payments with a check or credit card.

3. What hotels are available?
Many hotels in the Harrisburg area offer exclusive discounts for Eastern Sports & Outdoor Show® exhibitors.

4. Where and when do I ship my display materials?
BEFORE January 31, 2010, address all shipments to:

5. Is electricity included in the booth price?
NO. There is an additional fee of $135 for electricity.

6. Are Table & Chairs included with the Booth?
NO. They may be ordered through the Exhibitor Manual—coming soon!

7. Are corner booths extra?
YES. There is an additional fee of $160 for a corner booth. Please contact your Sales Executive to order a corner booth.

8. Can I drive into the building when I arrive to set up my booth?
YES. In most halls, if you move in on Wednesday (February 4th) or Thursday (February 5th), you may drive in to set up your booth, weather permitting. NO vehicles will be allowed to drive into the building on Friday. For specific details, call your Sales Executive.

9. Do exhibitors also have to pay to park?
YES. In 2010, the fee is $45.00 per vehicle for the entire show or $5.00 per day. Parking passes may be purchased during move-in.

10. Can exhibitors purchase discounted attendee tickets?
Yes. The order form is available online .
